 Vehicle Rental Agreement Contract







Use of Classic Rides Utah LLC services is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

Payment and reservations

Classic Rides requires a 50% non-refundable deposit with a major credit card, cleared funds if paying by check, or cash in order to process and hold reservations. Full payment is required for any invoice below $300 at time of reservation.  Full payment must be received 3 days prior to the time of service. Vehicles will not be reserved until deposit is received and arrangements are made for the remaining balance. In the event that the allotted time is exceeded, customer agrees to pay for the excess time at a rate of $50 per 30 minutes.

Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Vehicle Rental Agreement.

 Vehicles are quoted subject to availability and advertised price at the time of booking. Please confirm your reservation as rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation of service

A written request via email or mail for cancellation must be received 21 days prior to time of service. Deposit is non refundable.

Customer conditions

Customer is responsible for any damage done to interior and exterior of vehicle by themselves or any of his or her guests. This includes but is not limited to vomiting, food damages and stains, gum, spilled beverages, scratches or tears in upholstery, dents scratches and scuff to exterior paint, breakage or damage to any part of interior or exterior or vehicle. In the event that any damage is done to vehicle during the duration of the rental, a repair and replacement fee will be charged to the customer for all the damage sustained with a $100.00 minimum charge.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. No use of tobacco products will be allowed inside vehicles. All laws must be fully complied with. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and any further service as well as forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

 
Classic rides  takes no take responsibility for  traffic or personal accidents , injuries or deaths occuring during or after service. We do not take responsibility for any personal items damaged or left in the vehicle during or after the rental and are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Customer agrees to identify and hold harmless Classic rides for all losses and to pay all legal expenses and attorneys fees incurred by Classic Rides  in the event litigation.

Classic Rides will not be responsible for late arrival due to but not limited to, traffic, brake downs, acts of natures incorrect pick up or drop off information or any other circumstances outside our control. Should the car break down another will be sent as a replacement as soon as possible. Prices will remain the same.

Classic Rides reserves the right to substitute any vehicle at its own discretion to maintain the safety of the occupants and based on severe weather conditions or any other situation that could be harmful to passengers or vehicles. Vehicles are vintage and some do not contain modern convienences such as air conditioning.

Classic Rides  reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and /or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of the vehicle rental agreement contract. In the event of a contract termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be returned.

Customer consents to the jurisdiction of any court of the State of Utah and agrees to be bound by any judgment rendered.  Utah Law shall govern this agreement. This agreement and other documents executed by customer and Classic Rides shall be the entire agreement between the parties.  There shall be no verbal representation, warranties or agreements of any kind.
